Custom Cookies
Our custom cookies start at $60/dozen, with a 1 dozen minimum. -Orders must be placed a minimum of 1 week in advance. 50% deposit is required upon placing an order and will secure your date & time. Payment through Venmo or Zelle.
We encourage inspiration photos or ideas when placing your order! While we are happy to work from your vision, please note that we do hold creative freedom to ensure that each set is cohesive, polished, and uniquely Whisks & Wisteria.
Custom Cakes
All cake orders must be submitted at least 1 week in advance to ensure we have enough time to bake, design, and decorate your perfect centerpiece.
We love working from inspiration photos or ideas you share, but please note that we retain creative freedom to put our own Whisks & Wisteria spin on every cake. This ensures that your design is cohesive, polished, and one-of-a-kind.
Ordering Policies
Deposits & Payments
All orders will require 50% of the total cost at time of confirmation to reserve your date and time. Order total must be fully paid at the time of pickup or delivery.
Pickup & Delivery
When picking a pickup/delivery time, please keep in mind we may need to adjust based on our availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Delivery is available for a fee based on the delivery location.
Cancelation Policy
Cancelations must be called in at least 4 days in advance to receive a full deposit refund. All cancellations made within 48hrs of delivery or pickup date will not be eligible for deposit refund. All cancelations made within 24hrs of delivery or pickup date will result in a charge for the quoted order total.
Allergens/ Special Requests
All products are made in a kitchen that uses dairy, gluten, peanuts, and tree nuts. Surfaces are sanitized, but cross-contact is possible. Not recommended for individuals with severe allergies or celiac disease.
Any specialty requests (gluten free, dairy free, vegan, special order items, etc) must be placed two weeks prior to pickup/delivery date.
